KIZAD Headquarters - Abu Dhabi

The project involves the construction of a KIZAD Headquarters building. This project will be located on Plot No. KHIB 10-021A (Area B) at KIZAD in Abu Dhabi. The project is expected to be completed by 2023. This project is comprised of a Ground Floor + Mezzanine Level + Attic Level + First to Ninth Floor + Lower & Upper Roof.

SENSORIA AT FIVE LUXE, JBR, DUBAI, UAE

Sensoria at Five Luxe is a 39-storey residential building under development in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai Marina, Dubai.​

ISLAND PARK I & II, DCH, DUBAI, UAE

The Project, “Island Park I & II”, Construction of mixed use (Residential + Retail) development on plot A26 & A27 at Dubai Creek Harbour Development, Dubai, UAE. Each building comprises a basement floor used for car parking, ground floor for retail and services and 10 typical floors as residential floors.

SAGA SHOPPING CENTRE AT UM SEQUIM​, DUBAI, UAE

Saga World is an Arabian style shopping mall located along Jumeirah Road in Umm Suqeim 1 area. 

ADVANCE DIAGNOSTIC ONCOLOGY CENTRE​, SHARJAH HEALTHCARE CITY, UAE

The facility in Sharjah brings much needed Oncology services to the Emirate. The center will provide comprehensive services for the treatment of Cancer including, Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Brachytherapy, and Diagnostic Imaging. 

MARINA MALL UPGRADATION PHASE 1 ABU DHABI, UAE

Recognized as one of the best malls of Abu Dhabi, Marina Mall is a 122,000 sq meters space housing about 400 plus retail stores, a hypermarket, banks, specialty stores and offices.

SKMC OUTPATIENT SPECIALTY CLINIC​, ABU DHABI, UAE

This project is the construction of the outpatient specialty clinic. It will be located at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, managed by SEHA, serves as the flagship institution for Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA).

FIVE LUXE JBR – French Restaurant, Japanese Restaurant, Carousal Restaurant & Beach Restaurant​, DUBAI, UAE

FIVE Luxe JBR Beach is a 56-storey mixed-use building under development in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai Marina, Dubai.

Sheikh Shakbout Medical City, Abu Dhabi has a total of 732 beds, two Presidential Suits and 36 VIP suits, and it shall become a distinguished Centre for trauma and Gordian incidents treatment upon full operation and staffing.

FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai

FIVE’s second hospitality and residential project, FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai, is scheduled for completion in 2018. The luxury 61-storey five-star tower will feature 247 hotel rooms and suites, 221 one and two-bedroom hotel apartments and 33 four-bedroom hotel apartments, all with private pools.

B+G+6 COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AL BARSHA SOUTH, DUBAI, UAE

Designed in an elegant new modernism style, this residential scheme for Al Ghurair Properties is located in Dubai’s Central Al Barsha District. The scheme contains a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments, with a pool on the roof and retail on the ground floor. Externally, designers expressed the grid through linear, tectonic elements.
